TL;DR: Unify (unifygtm.com) is an outbound sales tool you run from a chat box. You say which companies and people you want, and it builds the list, researches them and writes the messages. Then it runs the sequence, which is the planned series of emails, calls and social messages sent to each person. If you are a founder, a first sales hire or a small team that wants to see a price before you talk to anyone, it fits. Plans are Free, $20 per seat a month and $60 per seat a month, plus a custom Business plan. Replies are sorted by intent and queued as tasks for a person, meeting booking is not listed, and managed mailboxes with warm-up sit on Business only. App Score: 7.7/10.

An SDR (sales development rep) is the person who finds possible buyers and sends them the first message. Unify puts software in that seat, for outbound sales (contacting possible buyers who have not asked to hear from you). You type who you want to reach in plain words and Unify does the work. Unify draws on 40+ data sources.

Key features of Unify

  • Chat-driven lists: describe the companies and people you want in plain words. Unify builds the list from its data sources and fills in contact details.
  • Contact checks: Unify tries several data providers in turn (a waterfall) to find an email address or phone number, and checks an email address in real time before you send.
  • Research: Unify researches each account before it writes, so you are not starting from a blank page.
  • Writing: AI copywriting and personalization are on every plan.
  • Sequences on several channels: email, calls and social steps in one plan.
  • Replies and approval: Unify sorts replies to sequence emails by intent and queues a reply task for your rep, who writes the answer. Drafts from a chat-built sequence wait for your approval, and you can approve in bulk or spot-check. Meeting booking is not listed.
  • Calling: a click-to-call dialer (you click a number and the call starts) is included. Business adds a power dialer, which places calls one after another.
  • Signals and plays: a signal is an event that hints a company may be ready to buy. Several signal types are on lower plans. Business adds signals from visits to your website and use of your product, and plays that start on their own when a signal appears.
  • CRM sync: HubSpot and Salesforce (a CRM is the database where you track deals). Pro is read-only, which means Unify can read your CRM but not write to it. Business is read-write. Pro also sends Slack notifications.
  • Business extras: single sign-on (SSO), an open API (a way for other software to connect) and webhooks (automatic alerts sent to other tools).

Who Unify fits

If you are a solo founder or a first sales hire, the Free plan (limited credits, up to 3 seats) and Base at $20 per seat are the entry points. If you run a small team with a CRM, Pro at $60 per seat adds read-only HubSpot or Salesforce sync and Slack notifications, with a 14-day trial and no card. If you plan to send from several mailboxes, managed mailboxes and warm-up are on Business only, so compare a dedicated sender such as Instantly before you commit. If you want an agent that answers replies and books meetings for you, Unify sorts replies by intent and queues a task for your rep, and booking is not listed. Artisan and AiSDR include both.

Unify pricing

Unify prices per seat (one person's login). Base and Pro are billed monthly. Business is custom and billed annually. Prices are in US dollars as of 19 October 2026.

PlanPriceCredits per seat a monthAlso included
Free$0LimitedNo time limit, up to 3 seats
Base$20 per seat800Unlimited seats, extra credits can be added
Pro$60 per seat2,40014-day free trial with no card, read-only HubSpot and Salesforce sync, Slack notifications
BusinessCustom, billed annuallyCustom poolRead-write CRM sync, website and product signals, signal-triggered plays, managed mailboxes, power dialer, SSO, open API and webhooks

Each seat gets a monthly pool of credits. Credits are Unify's usage meter, and you spend them as you work. Most actions use 1 to 2 credits, an email lookup averages 1 credit and a phone lookup averages 4. On those averages, 800 credits a month (Base) cover about 800 email lookups or about 200 phone lookups, before any other action. You can add credits on any paid plan, and credits you add carry over for up to 12 months. When credits run out, actions pause instead of charging more. The Free plan lets you test your own usage at no cost.

Costs outside the plan: managed mailboxes and warm-up are on Business only. Warm-up means sending slowly at first to build a good name with email providers. Rotation spreads your sends across several mailboxes. Business sells managed Gmail and Outlook mailboxes at $25 per mailbox a month. Free, Base and Pro come with one mailbox per seat, with a daily send limit and an email check before sending.

Unify alternatives

Plans and prices are as of 19 October 2026, and each tool prices a different unit.

  • AiSDR: $1.50 per person prospected, charged daily, with no sales call. Research, lists and writing cost nothing extra. AiSDR handles replies within 5 to 10 minutes, or in a mode called co-pilot. If you want replies handled, compare it with Unify. See the AI SDR tools guide.
  • Artisan: a free plan, then Intern at $250 a month or Employee at $600 a month on yearly billing for startups, with quotes for larger teams. Artisan includes reply handling and meeting booking from Intern. If you want those jobs inside the tool, compare it with Unify.
  • Regie.ai (RegieGO): a free plan, then $49 a month (Pro) or $150 per seat a month (Team, two-seat minimum). It sends from your own Gmail or Outlook, and Pro includes a power dialer. If you want that setup in a paid plan, compare it with Unify.
  • Clay: a free plan with 500 actions a month, then Launch from $185 a month ($167 on annual billing) for 15,000 actions a month. Clay is a spreadsheet-style workbench for finding and enriching data, with email sending from Launch. It suits you if data is the main job. See Clay vs Apollo vs ZoomInfo.

Bottom line

Unify fits a founder, a first sales hire or a small team that wants a clear price and a chat box to start outbound: Free, $20 or $60 per seat a month. Before you buy, check three things. Make sure you are happy for a rep to answer replies and book meetings. Check that credits per seat cover your volume. And plan your sending setup, because managed mailboxes with warm-up are on Business. The Free plan and the Pro trial let you test all three.
